At Earth Mama Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your organic beauty products, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original containers.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is sent within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
